If you have a specific date in mind, I require a 50% advance to block your slot and start sourcing fresh ingredients. It is the only way to ensure the focaccia is soft and the truffles are perfect when you pick them up from my Nerul location.

The Process
Since I operate from my Nerul studio, I do not provide delivery. All items are made fresh, so I do not have a massive backlog of pre-made inventory. This is why I ask for your orders in advance. Once you confirm the date and pay the 50% advance, I secure your spot and start the baking process. It is simple: I do not take shortcuts because I want you to serve your guests the same quality I would serve my own family.
