Hands-On Workshops & Masterclasses

My sessions are interactive, practical, and full of music making. We use whiteboards for theory, I provide live demos for technique, and we spend our time exploring the depths of Carnatic music and the freedom of improvisation together.

Circle Songs & Group Improvisation

Inspired by the legendary Bobby McFerrin, these sessions are about collective vocal improvisation. We create music on the spot, using only our voices in a supportive, joyful environment where everyone, from beginners to pros, can participate.

The Creative Process: In the Studio

A look behind the curtain at how my music is made. This is where we experiment, blending the deep roots of Carnatic music with global influences to create something new. These sessions are all about collaboration, spontaneity, and the joy of discovery.

My Musical Roots & Guru Parampara

Music is a legacy passed down from my Appa and our teacher-student tradition, the Guru Parampara. This is the foundation of everything I teach and share, a journey that started when I was a child, surrounded by the sounds of Carnatic music.

A Global Musical Family

My workshops and collaborations have taken me all over the world, from Bangalore to Bogotá. It always feels like a 'jaathre', a vibrant musical fair, where I get to connect and create with an incredible family of artists and music lovers from different cultures.

The Journey: Recognition & Milestones

I am so deeply grateful for the journey so far, including the incredible honor of a Grammy nomination. These moments are not just personal achievements, but a celebration of the community, family, and collaborators who make all the music possible.

Vocal Explorations

Just for the love of singing. Here are some informal moments of me exploring different melodies, rhythms, and styles, from practicing Carnatic swaras to transcribing and singing complex jazz solos. This is my musical playground.
