Featured Event Decorations and Theme Setups in Bangalore
A look at some of my favorite setups across Bangalore. From detailed Mermaid-themed birthdays to grand princess celebrations, these projects show how I turn a plain space into the event you imagined.
A magical 9th birthday party with a full Princess theme. This setup included a custom castle prop, a large unicorn backdrop with a balloon arch, the birthday girl's name in marquee lights, and even cold pyro sparklers for a grand entrance.
Here's a complete package for a first birthday with an underwater Mermaid theme. I arranged the shimmering backdrop, pastel balloon decorations, a custom-designed mermaid cake, and a matching dessert stand to create a cohesive look.
This Jungle-themed first birthday party was a lot of fun to plan. From the personalized welcome sign at the entrance to the main stage with a lush green backdrop, animal cutouts, and a neon 'Happy Birthday' sign, I handled every detail.
Beyond decorations, I also provide entertainment to make your event special. Here is a temporary tattoo artist I arranged for a kids' party, which is always a huge hit with the children.

When I plan these featured setups, I focus on the small details that change the whole room, like matching the marquee lights with the balloon colors. For the Mermaid theme shown, it took careful placement to get that shimmer wall to pop. I handle the event from the first idea to the last guest leaving. Most people just see the balloons or the backdrop, but I manage the entire setup. This means I coordinate the vendors, set up the stage, and make sure the entertainment is ready on time. Whether it is a home birthday party or a larger reception, my goal is the same: you should be able to show up and enjoy, not run around managing the chaos.
How I Work
I do not believe in hidden costs. When we discuss a theme, I will tell you exactly what is included in the package. If you choose a standard home setup, I bring the balloons and backdrop. If you go for the themed milestone package, I add the marquee lights, props, and live counters. I serve venues all across Bengaluru and operate out of my office in Halasuru. If you have a tricky venue or limited space, just tell me. I have likely handled something similar before and can tell you what will look good.
