People often ask if we spend the whole day setting up lighting and heavy equipment. The truth is, my approach to beach photography is the opposite. I treat these sessions like a day out with friends. We start with a conversation to understand your dynamic, and then we head to the coast.

My style is heavily influenced by documentary photography. I am not looking for perfect symmetry in a posed shot, but rather the way you laugh when you are walking barefoot on the sand or the look in your eyes when the sun dips below the horizon. The golden hour in places like Mandrem or the quieter stretches of the Konkan coast offers a natural, soft light that makes for the most honest portraits.

Since I am based in Mumbai, I am often asked to shoot in Goa or at Pawna Lake, but I have found that even local spots can feel like a getaway if we step away from the crowd. If you love the sea and want photos that feel like a snapshot of your relationship rather than a production, let us talk.
