About Youth Academy & Development
Our academy runs on a structured, professional framework—not open-ground chaos. We deploy licensed coaches (AFC/AIFF) who balance technical skill building with the grit needed for competitive leagues. Every session, from the U17s to U19s, follows a clear progression ladder, meaning your child doesn't just play football; they learn how to train for a career while having bahaut maza (a lot of fun) on the pitch.

The Dream Team Pathway Our youth academy is designed as a ladder, taking players from grassroots fundamentals into our U17 and U19 squads. We operate as a competitive club—our teams compete in the Delhi A Division. This isn't just a hobby class; it’s a setup where kids get match experience, understand tactical play, and learn how to handle the pressure of real competitions.
Why Our Training Differs We don’t believe in makeshift coaching or open-park practices. All our programs are run by AFC and AIFF-licensed coaches. We focus on the complete athlete:
- Technical Mastery: Drills that translate directly to game-day intelligence.
- Strength & Conditioning: Quarterly assessments to ensure physical development, moving beyond just kicking the ball.
- Discipline: A culture where players respect the game, their teammates, and the staff.
Safety & Professionalism We know parents worry about who is on the ground. Every staff member we deploy is POCSO-trained, verified, and background-checked. We maintain strict coach-to-student ratios (typically 1:15) to ensure every player gets individual attention rather than getting lost in a crowd. Whether it’s football leagues in South Delhi or training sessions at our partner schools, we bring the same professional infrastructure to every location.
