We don't just hand out equipment and leave. Our programs with partners like the Jishnu Mitra Foundation and Vidya and Child bring licensed AFC-level coaches to these communities, running the same structured training sessions we use for our academies. This ensures that every child, whether in a school league or an underserved neighborhood, gets the same discipline, safety, and joy of the game.

Sports is a right, not a privilege. That is why we have built a model that takes professional coaching beyond our paid academies into underserved areas. We see too many makeshift programs that lack oversight; we refuse to do that. When we run a session for a community foundation, the standards—from the cones used for drills to the coaching methodology—are identical to what we deliver at top-tier schools.

Our commitment goes beyond the field. Child safety is non-negotiable. We conduct regular POCSO awareness workshops for our coaches and team members to ensure a secure, respectful environment. If we are working with kids, we are responsible for their safety. Whether it is a partner organization or a private academy, our coaches are vetted, trained, and deeply invested in the personal development of every student. We are not just teaching football; we are teaching discipline, resilience, and the value of being part of a team.
