In our tattoo sessions, we use synthetic skin and professional rotary machines so you get the real feel of the needle without any risk. Everything is designed so you can focus entirely on your linework and technique under the guidance of industry professionals.
Our artisan workshops are built around the idea that the best way to understand a craft is to get your hands on the actual tools. We strip away the complexity so you can focus on the process, whether you are stepping up to an industrial furnace or learning the intricacies of a rotary tattoo machine.
Glassblowing
Step into the heat with our glassblowing sessions. We provide the safety gear, including heat-resistant gloves and protective eyewear, while you work with industrial furnaces capable of handling molten glass. You will learn to manipulate the material using blowpipes and jacks to create your own piece. Note that because glass requires a controlled cooling period in an annealing kiln, your finished work will be ready for pickup after 24 to 48 hours.
Tattoo Art
Partnering with experts from Aliens Tattoo, we demystify the art form. This is a technical introduction where you learn about hygiene, machine mechanics, and pressure control. We use synthetic skin, allowing you to practice lining and shading without the pressure of working on a live subject. It is an honest look at the patience and steady hand required for professional tattooing.
Aeromodelling
If you prefer precision, our aeromodelling workshops focus on the mechanics of flight. You build your own balsa wood glider using pre-cut parts and professional adhesives. We walk you through the structural balance needed for a successful flight, providing a deeper understanding of engineering principles through a simple, satisfying build.
