Whether you need a 6ft rustic wooden bar for an intimate home gathering or a 12ft illuminated Art Deco station for a high-energy corporate night, we ensure the dimensions and aesthetics fit your specific space and guest count.
We approach every event with a focus on functionality and design. A mobile bar should not just be a place where drinks are poured; it should anchor the social energy of your party.
Our infrastructure ranges from classic white tufted counters to modern, LED-lit structures that become a focal point of the decor. When planning your event, we consider three key factors:
1. Space and Capacity We offer versatile bar sizes. Our 6 to 8 ft portable stations are ideal for smaller private parties or indoor venues, while our 10 to 12 ft luxury bars are designed to handle the high volume of weddings and music festivals.
2. Themed Aesthetics We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. If you are hosting an Oktoberfest-themed party or a classic cocktail evening, we adjust the counter lighting, props, and overall setup to align with your vision. This includes adding marquee lettering or specific bar top decor to complete the look.
3. Scope of Service We offer three tiers of service to suit different budget requirements:
- Professional Manpower: You provide the bar counter, ice, and glassware; we provide the skilled mixologists and bar tools.
- Full Mobile Bar Setup: We bring the portable bar station, glassware, ice, mixers, and our team. You only need to supply the alcohol.
- Premium Experience: This includes the full setup plus theatrical elements like fire flair performances, dry ice smoke effects, and upgraded luxury counter styles.
For all packages, our goal is to maintain a professional service flow so that neither you nor your guests have to worry about bar logistics.
