One-Day Social Event Coordination
Planning & Prep (2 Weeks Prior)
- Timeline Creation: Detailed minute-by-minute run sheet for the event day.
- Vendor Coordination: Reconfirming timings and deliverables with up to 5 vendors (Caterer, Decorator, DJ, etc.).
- Bar Menu Consultation: Expert advice on alcohol quantities, mixers, and glassware requirements.
D-Day Execution (8-10 Hours)
- Manpower: 1 Lead Event Manager and 1 Event Assistant on-site.
- Setup Supervision: Overseeing decor placement, sound checks, and ergonomic bar setup.
- F&B Management: Monitoring food refill timings and ensuring alcohol service flows without wastage.
- Program Flow: Managing entry of hosts, cake cutting cues, and announcement coordination.
Note on Scope
- Fee Structure: Covers service management only (excludes cost of DJ, Alcohol, or Decor materials).
- Emergency Kit: Includes a 'Shadow Kit' (safety pins, tape, sewing kit) for guest emergencies.
End-to-End Local Wedding Management

- Negotiation: Leveraging industry contacts to secure rates (clients pay vendors directly).

On-Site Execution (2 Days)
- Dedicated Team: 1 Senior Event Director + 2 Coordinators present from setup to teardown.
- Production: Overseeing installation of technicals (Trussing, LED walls) and decor elements.
- Ritual Flow: Managing ceremony timings and ensuring pooja items/Pandit ji are ready.
- Entry Mgmt: Coordinating the Baraat procession and Bride's entry.

- Venue hunting and booking - from fancy halls to chill gardens. We sort out the space and flip it to match your style.
- Custom wedding decor themes like Royal Affair or Modern Glam. We’re big on details, so expect cool backdrops, lighting, and furniture that actually fit your vibe.
- Food’s a big deal. We set up interactive live food stations and multi-cuisine menus. No shortcuts - only fresh stuff.
- Entertainment is sorted - DJs, live bands, dance troupes, and our signature flair bartending shows. We also do AV setups with fog and fireworks if you want that extra drama.
- Weddings are our jam. We bring in makeup artists, mehndi folks, and even decked-out chariots for the groom’s baraat. Invitations? We help with those too.
- Professional guest management - hostesses, seating, security. You won’t have to worry about crowd control.

My Story
So, I’m Shree Hari Pawar. Bartending was my jam, started Trio Bartenders with just that - mixing, flair, making parties fun. People loved how we ran the bar, then suddenly, they wanted us to handle catering, decor, everything. That’s how Trio Triumph happened. Now, we do full event planning, but honestly, it’s still about giving folks a stress-free time and nailing every detail, just like we did with drinks.
