Standard DJ, Sound & Intelligent Lighting Setup
Talent & Performance
- Professional Wedding DJ: Skilled open-format DJ specializing in Bollywood, Punjabi, English Commercial, and Regional hits.
- Duration: Up to 6 hours of performance.
- Style: Includes basic MC duties like announcements and countdowns.
Sound System (Up to 300 Pax)
- PA Setup: 4-point sound system with 2 High-Range Top Speakers (JBL/RCF) and 2 Dual-18 inch Subwoofers.
- Console: Professional Pioneer DJ Console (CDJ/XDJ series).
- Microphones: 2 wireless handheld microphones (Shure/Sennheiser) for speeches.
Lighting & Visuals
- Rig: 4 Sharpy Moving Head Beams and 4 LED Par Cans for color washing.
- Effects: 1 Standard Smoke/Haze machine.
- Mounting: T-Stands or vertical pillars.
Logistics
- Crew: Sound Engineer and Lighting Operator.

Sangeet Entertainment, Choreography & Flair Show
Pre-Event Choreography
- Routines: Choreography for couple and family performances (Medley of 8-10 songs).
- Rehearsals: 5 practice sessions (2 hours each) at client location.
- Themes: Bollywood or Traditional concepts suitable for non-dancers.
Live Talent
- Emcee: Dynamic host (Male/Female) fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada to manage flow and games.
- Dance Troupe: 4 professional background dancers with costumes for entry or filler acts.
Signature Act
- Flair Bartending Show: 15-20 minute performance featuring bottle juggling, fire breathing, and synchronized moves (Performance only, not bar service).

My Story
So, I’m Shree Hari Pawar. Bartending was my jam, started Trio Bartenders with just that - mixing, flair, making parties fun. People loved how we ran the bar, then suddenly, they wanted us to handle catering, decor, everything. That’s how Trio Triumph happened. Now, we do full event planning, but honestly, it’s still about giving folks a stress-free time and nailing every detail, just like we did with drinks.
