Hardware & Automation Unit
- Barrier Housing: IP54 rated weather-resistant steel body (Orange/White standard) suitable for outdoor installation.
- Boom Arm: Telescopic or fixed aluminum arm (4 meters to 6 meters) with reflective night-vision strips and rubber impact protection profile.
- Motor Mechanism: 24V DC Electro-mechanical drive unit designed for intensive use (100% duty cycle capability).
- Control Unit: Built-in logic board with slow-down/soft-stop function to prevent wear and tear.
Safety & Operations
- Anti-Crush Safety: Includes 1 pair of infrared safety photocells (sensors) to detect obstacles and auto-reverse the boom.
- Manual Override: Emergency manual release key system for operation during power failures.
- Controls: 2 units of Radio Remote Controls and 1 wired Push Button for the security guard cabin.

Installation
- Fixing: Heavy grouting and bolting to the floor (requires a reinforced concrete floor).
