- Platform Deck: High-tensile steel construction with anti-slip checker plate surface (tear plate design).
- Lip Mechanism: Hydraulically operated hinged lip to bridge the gap to the vehicle bed.
- Hydraulic Power Pack: Heavy-duty motor and pump unit with main lifting cylinder and lip cylinder.
- Bumpers: Pair of heavy-duty laminated or molded rubber dock bumpers (approx. 4-inch thickness) to absorb truck impact.
Control & Safety
- Control Panel: Wall-mounted push-button control box with emergency stop and power indicator.
- Safety Features: Full-range toe guards (side skirts) to prevent foot injuries and maintenance support strut.
- Load Capacity: Rated for dynamic loads between 6,000 kg to 10,000 kg.
Installation & Finish

Retractable Dock Shelter
Frame & Structure
- Retractable Frame: Collapsible Aluminum or Galvanized Steel frame structure designed to compress upon impact by a misaligned truck, preventing damage.
- Curtains: High-durability PVC fabric curtains (Black) with high tear resistance (Top and Side).
Functionality
- Guide Markings: High-visibility white or yellow stripes on the front curtains to assist drivers in reversing correctly.
- Sealing Efficiency: Covers the gap between the building wall and the truck container.

- Civil Requirement: Zero pit required; bolts onto the existing concrete face.
