My Favorite Handmade Creations & Art Prints
Welcome to my little corner of the internet! I am Lex, and here is a peek at some of my favorite handmade crochet plushies, quirky digital prints, and indie zines that I have poured my heart into.
This is the heart of my art style. I create these quirky, colorful characters using bold geometric shapes and a playful, cartoonish feel. This digital illustration features some of my favorite creatures, like a multi-eyed cat and a bird with a snack, which often become the basis for my indie art prints and stickers.
Here's a look at how my digital doodles become physical art you can own. This setup shows a collection of my whimsical wall art prints, a variety of indie illustrated stickers, and my self-published zine, "House of Cards." It’s so fun seeing them all together.
A closer look at my handmade crochet and amigurumi creations. You can see the fluffy stingray plushies, a little red octopus, and other tiny crochet accessories I make. Each one is crafted by hand and brings a bit of soft, quirky fun.
This is me at my stall during a fantastic art market weekend. Running a queer-owned small business is my passion, and I love connecting with people who enjoy my work. My table is filled with a mix of my crochet creations and colorful art prints.
A project that was super close to my heart. This shows my "House of Cards" zine next to a tiny, handmade crochet version of the cover art. I love combining my illustration work with fiber art to create unique, matching sets like this.
About Featured
Everything you see here, from the tiny octopus amigurumi to the vibrant art prints, is handmade by me. If you are looking to grab a physical piece, my stickers are ready to ship, but if you have a specific character, color combo, or custom commission in mind, just message me and we can figure out the details together.
I started this journey with a hook, too much yarn, and a need to create things that feel a bit different. This collection brings together my favorite projects from the past year.
The Process Behind the Art
Most of my work is born from a mix of digital illustration and traditional fiber art. My art prints use 300 GSM art cardstock, giving them a sturdy, premium feel that holds up well for wall decor. On the crochet side, I focus on amigurumi figures—from tiny desk buddies to keychains—that are crafted to be durable and full of personality. You might notice my zines, like 'House of Cards,' which combine my narrative art with poetry; these are personal, saddle-stitched projects that I love sharing with my community.
Why Custom Commissions?
Because my business is small and queer-owned, I love working directly with you to make something that actually fits your vibe. Whether you want a specific character keychain, a matching set for your bestie, or a custom plushie, let me know. I do not mass-produce, so every order gets my full attention.
Where to Find Me
I love meeting people in person at local art markets and queer pop-ups, like my recent stall at Opn Art House in New Delhi. It is the best way to see the texture of the crochet and the color of the prints in real life. I ship all my work across India, so even if you missed the latest pop-up, you can still grab your favorites here.
