Kanchivaram Elegance: A Regal Muhurtham Wedding Decor
We translated the intricate geometric borders of a traditional Kanchivaram saree into a full-scale Muhurtham mandap, blending pastel florals with regal gold accents for a timeless ceremony.
The golden mirrored aisle, lined with candles and lush pastel florals, created a breathtaking path to the mandap. This grand entrance set a tone of regal elegance for the Muhurtham ceremony, reflecting light and colour beautifully.
The wedding mandap stands as the centerpiece, adorned with ombre arrangements of pastel pink and white roses. The structure itself features intricate geometric patterns inspired by the bride's saree, showcasing our ability to translate personal stories into large-scale design.
Looking up, the ceiling was a masterpiece of stepped geometric triangles, adorned with silk brocade fabrics in an ombre pattern. This detail, along with hanging baby's breath and crystal elements, added a touch of airy, dreamlike elegance to the ceremony.
We designed comfortable and elegant lounge seating for guests, using soft pink and off-white tones to complement the overall decor. A floral elephant sculpture adds a touch of traditional charm to this modern setup.
To honor tradition, we created a sacred space featuring a beautiful Ganesha idol on an ornate throne. The area is decorated with antique brass lamps and bowls of fresh pink flowers, blending spiritual significance with aesthetic beauty.
The entrance to the ceremony welcomed guests with a custom sign adorned with floral parrots, echoing a key motif from the decor. This first touchpoint immediately introduced the personalized and elegant theme of the wedding.

- Personalized Elements: We integrated custom-made parrot motifs into the floral arrangements to echo the saree's traditional design.
