A handpicked look at my favorite workshops and creations. Whether you are in Bangalore looking for a creative escape or joining me online from home, here is where we turn the ordinary into something colorful.

This is what we do best: turn everyday objects into pieces of art. Join one of my online planter painting workshops and I will guide you step by step to create your own vibrant planter. No prior art experience needed, just a little enthusiasm!

Come paint, sip, and socialize with me at one of my fun workshops in Bangalore. This poster was for a coffee mug painting session at Magnolia Bakery where we learned to paint our own portraits on mugs. All materials and food are included, so you just need to show up and be ready to create.

See how a simple glass bottle transforms into a beautiful lamp. In my online bottle painting workshops, I teach you all the techniques for painting on glass, including finishing and detailing, so you can create stunning decor for your home. This one features a Korean womanhood theme.

I love hosting workshops where you can create something you can use every day. This was for our first ever tote bag painting workshop in Bangalore. We had a blast painting wanderlust themes and making our own custom bags.

My art classes for kids are all about fun, color, and imagination. We keep the groups small to give every child personal attention, and I provide all the materials plus a surprise kit. This workshop was about painting and personalizing wooden letters.

Art is a fantastic way for teams to connect and unwind. I host private corporate workshops, like this Diwali themed session for the team at HubSpot, where we painted agarbatti stands. I can customize an art activity that perfectly fits your team's vibe.

Here’s a little peek into the reality of running a small business. It’s not always glamorous. It involves a lot of hard work, from designing and painting to packing every box myself. This is my passion, and I pour my heart into every part of it.

The Reverie wall plate set is one of my oldest and most loved designs, first created in 2021. It celebrates sisterhood and our unique, expressive art style. Seeing it still be a favorite brings me so much joy and reminds me of my journey.

About Featured

My workshops are not about being perfect, they are about that three-hour break where you disconnect from your screens and reconnect with your creative side. Whether you join me for a 'Sip and Paint' session at a cozy Bangalore cafe or log in from home to paint a planter, I guide you through the basics of composition and color so you leave with something you actually want to display. No pressure, just paint, laughs, and maybe a little mess.

How We Get Creative

Sip & Paint Bangalore If you are nearby, these in-person sessions are my favorite way to hang out. We host these at spots like Magnolia Bakery or SOCIAL, where the vibe is high-energy and social. You get the professional instruction, all the art supplies, and a food voucher so you can grab a coffee or a cocktail while we paint. It is perfect for a date, a solo outing, or just catching up with friends.

Online Painting Workshops Can't make it to a cafe? No worries. My online sessions are live and interactive, so you are not just watching a pre-recorded tutorial. We cover everything from surface prep and line work to finishing with varnish. If you miss the live slot, you still get the recording to follow along at your own pace. You will need to arrange your own materials, but I send a simple list with links after you register.

For Little Artists & Teams I also run dedicated kids' workshops where we keep the groups small (about 1:10 ratio) so every child gets personal attention and leaves with a certificate. For corporate teams looking for a break from office Zooms, I customize sessions—whether it's festive-themed painting or a casual weekend activity.

The Philosophy Running The Yellow Brush is a mix of painting, packing boxes, and calling my Papa for business advice. When I create a design like 'The Reverie' wall plates, it comes from a place of love, not a template. When you book a session, you are not just buying a class, you are supporting a small business where every detail is handmade.

Hi, I am Tanvi. Running The Yellow Brush means I am the artist, the packer, and the person calling my Papa for business advice. I create art to make life a little more colorful and a lot less perfect, and I would love for you to paint with me.
