We love incorporating personal elements into our design. Here, the groom's grandmother's cherished bonsai collection sits on a mirrored table beneath a ceiling of hanging crystals, blending family heritage with opulent decor.
Creating intimate lounge spaces is key to a good party. This cozy seating area features rich, jewel-toned velvets and warm, patterned lighting, offering guests a comfortable spot to relax and socialize.
For this reception dinner, we used soft pink draping and long tables adorned with lush florals and candles. The design created a serene and inviting ambiance perfect for a relaxed family celebration.

When we design a theme, we build the venue from scratch. If you want a Roaring '20s speakeasy, we bring in the custom bars, the specific lighting rigs, and the soundscape to actually make it feel like a nightclub, not a banquet hall. My team and I handle the technical chaos, so you and your guests can just enjoy the party.
Theme design is often misunderstood as just choosing a colour palette. It is actually about managing the flow of the room, the quality of the light, and the way the audio hits the crowd. After 36 years in this business, we have learned that if the production isn't solid, the theme falls flat.
How We Build Your Theme
- Structure First: We don't rely on the venue's existing limitations. We use custom staging, ceiling installations, and fabric masking to hide what we don't like and highlight what we do.
- Lighting as Architecture: A theme lives or dies by its light. For our 'Shaam Sufiana' sets, we use warm, static profiles to create intimacy. For nightclub themes, we program intelligent lighting rigs to keep the energy high and the dance floor packed.
- Sound Engineering: We bring in professional line-array systems because a great party needs clear, punchy sound. We don't just place speakers; we tune them to the acoustics of the space.
Our Approach to Themes
We love a good challenge, but there are lines we won't cross. We refuse to use animals as props. We also believe that Sangeets should be short and high-impact. A long, drawn-out event bores the guests, and our goal is to keep the energy sharp from the first song to the last.
