- Lighting: 2-3 point professional continuous lighting setup (softboxes/LED wands).
- Stations: Includes 1 iPad sharing station for AirDrop/QR code and 1 high-speed dye-sublimation printer.
Staff & Logistics
- Team: 1 Technical Director for arm operation and 1 Booth Attendant for crowd management.
- Timing: Team arrives 60-90 minutes prior to start time for calibration (not charged in service hours).
