I'm Srishti, and I'm here to show you that freehand nail art is just about mastering your brush strokes. Whether it's roses, animal prints, or abstract designs, I'll teach you the simple tricks to get them right every time.

This is day one of my 100-day nail series, where I share tips for freehand brush art. I break down the step-by-step process of how to draw a rose, explaining how to create the petals from the inside out.

In this video, I teach how to create an animal print design. I explain that since it's a natural print, you don't have to be perfect, and I share a tip about not applying the polish too thickly to ensure it cures properly.

This tutorial shows how to combine brush art with pigment powder. I first draw a leaf pattern with white gel polish and then use an ombre effect with neon pigments to give the leaves a vibrant, natural look.

This is the easiest way to create marble nail art in just two minutes. I show how to use blossom gel to create the marbled effect and then add definition with a rose gold nail art pen.

A quick look at creating a smoky marble effect using white and purple gel polish over a black base.

A tutorial on creating a design with spider gel. I show how to use the stringy gel to create sharp, thin lines for an abstract leaf pattern.

About Freehand Brush & Creative Art

When you're trying freehand art, your biggest enemy isn't a lack of creativity—it's usually the brush choice. Always use a long, thin-bristled liner brush for smooth, continuous curves. If your lines look shaky, it's often because you're using a brush that is too short, which doesn't allow for fluid movement. Keep your polish layer thin, too; thick blobs won't cure properly, leading to lifting problems later on.
