Gymnastics and Developmental Classes for Kids
See how we turn playtime into essential life skills. We use gymnastics to help children build strength, focus, and confidence in a safe, non-competitive environment.
This is what 'Serious Fun' looks like. We create fun, engaging challenges for our youngest members, helping them build strength, balance, and coordination. With close guidance from our instructors, even our tiniest gymnasts learn to navigate beams and bars, turning playtime into a powerful learning experience.
The pure joy of mastering a new skill is what we strive for in every class. This moment, when a child feels strong and capable, is the foundation of true confidence. We help children build upper body strength and grip through fun activities like hanging on the bars.
Teamwork makes the dream work. In our grade school classes, children learn to coordinate their movements and cheer each other on. Synchronized skills like this cartwheel train not only build physical prowess but also foster cooperation and friendship.
Our parent-child classes are a special time for bonding and discovery. Together, you and your child will explore movement, build trust, and celebrate every little victory. I guide you both through activities that support early motor skill development in a safe and nurturing environment.
Our gym is a playground for learning. Here, preschoolers tackle the parallel bars, developing balance, strength, and problem solving skills as they figure out how to move their bodies. Every piece of equipment is an opportunity for growth and adventure.
It takes a village to raise a champion, and at The Little Gym, we are a community. This is a place where friendships are formed, achievements are celebrated together, and every child feels like part of the team. The smiles say it all.
From basic jumps to graceful cartwheels, our classes are designed to build skills progressively. We ensure every child learns at their own pace in a non-competitive space, with instructors providing spotting and encouragement for more advanced moves like handsprings and bar work.
About this collection
We focus on 'Three-Dimensional Learning' which means every session integrates physical movement, brain-boosting challenges, and social lessons. You will see your child move from tentative first steps in our parent-child classes to confident cartwheels in our grade school programs, all while learning how to solve problems and work in a team.
At The Little Gym, our approach to gymnastics is entirely non-competitive. We provide a space where kids can fall, try again, and celebrate their own progress without the pressure of typical sports leagues. Our proprietary curriculum ensures that every activity serves a developmental purpose.
Our Developmental Programs
- Parent-Child Classes (4 months to 3 years): Focuses on sensory exploration and foundational motor skills in a safe, soft environment where you participate alongside your child.
- Preschool Classes (3 to 6 years): Introduces fundamental moves like rolls and balance beam basics, blending imagination with structure to improve focus and social abilities.
- Grade School Classes (6 to 12 years): Challenges kids with more advanced gymnastic skills like handstands and bar routines, aiming to build strength, flexibility, and a goal-oriented mindset.
Every center features high-quality, sanitized equipment like air tracks, parallel bars, and balance beams designed specifically for children. Our instructors act as mentors, not just coaches, ensuring that each child receives the encouragement they need to become 'Whatever Ready.' Whether your child is looking to burn energy or develop specific coordination skills, our programs provide a supportive, consistent environment where they can grow.
