Unlike standard catering, we avoid the rigid per-plate system. You choose exactly what you want on the menu, and you pay only for the portions you order. Since we cook everything fresh on-site in your kitchen or pantry, the food hits the table hot, just the way it should be.
The biggest problem with typical catering is the 'fixed menu, fixed plate' trap. You end up paying for things your guests won't eat. We change that by letting you build your own menu.
