How We Design Your Cake

Every cake starts with a conversation about what you want. I work with you to pick a design that fits your event, whether you need a tall barrel cake for an engagement or a smaller, intricate design for an anniversary.

What goes into the design:

• Flavor Pairing: You can choose from gourmet sponges like Belgian Chocolate, Vanilla Bean, or Salted Caramel. For multi-tier cakes, we can even do different flavors for different levels.
• Edible Art: I use fondant for sculpting figures, monograms, and custom cutouts. If you want a specific theme, I can hand-paint details or use textures like wood bark and geometric patterns.
• Finishing Touches: I source fresh, sanitized flowers like roses and baby's breath. For that extra pop, I use edible gold leaf, macarons, and pearls.

Practical Details

• Structural Integrity: For tiered cakes, I use food-grade internal doweling to make sure your centerpiece stays upright and safe during display.
• Ordering Timeline: Since every design is custom, I need at least a 2-day heads-up to source ingredients and finalize the decorations. This helps me ensure everything is perfect.
• Getting Your Cake: You can pick up your order directly from my kitchen in Sector 47, Noida. If you are elsewhere in Delhi NCR, I can arrange delivery so your cake arrives safely in its custom-fitted box.
