This is a commercial video I shot for the Le Meridien hotel in Delhi. I focused on capturing the luxury experience, from the grand interiors and sophisticated bar to the artfully crafted cocktails and elaborate dessert buffet.
I shot this video for the Jai Bhavani restaurant chain to capture the authentic experience of their food. The reel includes shots of the storefront, the process of making their popular vada pav, and close ups of the final, delicious dishes.
About Food & Hospitality
When shooting food, I do not just record the plate. I focus on the movement—the steam, the sizzle, and the chef's craft. I use a gimbal-mounted Sony FX3 for those smooth, cinematic pans that make a simple vada pav look as high-end as a five-star dessert buffet.
A restaurant is not just tables and chairs. It is the vibe when the lights dim, the sound of the bartender shaking a cocktail, and the precision of the kitchen staff. My process relies on shooting in S-log, which gives me the flexibility to grade the color exactly right. Whether we want that deep, moody, high-end feel for a luxury property like Le Meridien or something bright and punchy for a busy street-side joint, the visuals will match your brand's personality.
