One thing I have learned from managing large groups—from 5 people to 50—is that the best moments happen when everyone feels comfortable. My approach is not about rigid, drill-sergeant practice. We break down sequences so the dadi-nanis and the 'left-feet' gang feel just as confident as the pros, focusing on stage presence and energy over complex footwork that no one will see from the back row anyway.
When you put a big group on stage, the secret isn't just the dance steps, it is the flow. I focus on 'Show Direction' to make sure your performance has an energy graph—starts strong, builds momentum, and ends with a finale that gets the whole room cheering.

Managing 10 or 12 songs requires logistics, not just choreography. For larger group packages, I deploy a team of assistant choreographers who handle the bulk of your rehearsals.
