Full Squad Wedding Dance Choreography for Sangeet
Getting the whole crew to dance isn't about perfect technique, it's about the energy. Whether it's your cousins, uncles, or friends flying in from abroad, I make sure everyone hits the stage with confidence.
This is that last rehearsal energy. A big group of friends and family practicing their moves on a rooftop, getting ready to kill it on stage. We brought back the 90s magic with this 'Chaiyya Chaiyya' routine.
You know which trend never fades away? The 'Kala Chashma' trend. This squad, with friends who didn't even speak Hindi, brought the house down with their killer moves. Their energy spoke louder than words.
The perfect finale to a hit sangeet night. We got the whole group on stage for a massive performance to a 'Stereo Love' and 'Jalsa' mix. It's all about ending the night with a bang.
The Banaras gang is back with another banger. This group performance to a 'Mehbooba Mehbooba' and 'Rock and Roll' mix was full of energy. We love working with groups that bring this much fire to the stage.
Another one from the Banaras gang, who are basically our team mascots now. They killed it on stage with this mix of 'Mr. Khiladi' and 'Shava Shava', showing what a fun, coordinated friends group performance looks like.
Putting the stage on fire with their moves. This mixed group performance to 'O Antava' was an absolute showstopper, complete with cold pyro for extra drama.
From online rehearsals to the main stage, this crew from Denmark absolutely killed it. We taught them virtually and they brought all the energy for this 'Dance Monkey' and 'Nachna Aunda Nahi' fusion.
About Full Squad: Family & Friends
The biggest challenge with large groups isn't the steps, it's the rhythm of the practice. I don't care if your uncle has two left feet or your friends are scattered across time zones, I build routines that are simple, repetitive, and designed to look synchronized on stage. If you have a mixed group with different confidence levels, we focus on high-impact formations and accessible steps that let everyone feel like a star without the stress of perfection.
When I work with a large squad, the goal is stage presence, not a dance competition. My sessions for families and friends, like the Banaras gang or my friends from Denmark, are about breaking the ice. If you have guests arriving from different cities, I handle the logistics with a mix of virtual and on-site rehearsals.
How we get the squad ready:
- Simplified Formations: Large groups need clean lines, not complicated choreography. We use V-formations and layers to hide any gaps and make the group look bigger and sharper.
- Music Mixing: I don't just pick one song. I create medleys that shift from high-energy tracks like 'Stereo Love' to classics like 'Shava Shava', giving everyone a chance to shine during their favorite beat.
- The Zero-Judgment Rule: If you haven't danced since your school farewell, you're exactly who I want to work with. We focus on steps that look great from a distance, heavy on the hand gestures and simple footwork.
Whether we're rehearsing on a Delhi rooftop or sending mirrored tutorial videos for a remote squad, my priority is keeping the energy high. You don't need a professional troupe to pull off a blockbuster performance. You just need a mix of enthusiasm, a few simple thumkas, and the right playlist to get the crowd cheering.
