When we set up for a birthday, we focus on the details that make the best photos, like our signature neon signs and marquee numbers. Whether it is a 6x6 ft ring for a home party or an 8x8 ft stage setup for a hall, we handle the full installation—including the balloon arches and character cutouts—so you do not have to lift a finger during the party.
Every party is different, and we get that. Whether you are planning a first birthday in Kandivali or a 5th birthday bash in Bandra, we bring the same energy to the job. We have been working across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane, so we know the local venues and the logistics inside out.
How We Work
We keep the planning process simple. You tell us the theme—Cocomelon, Marvel, Unicorn, Jungle, or anything your child is currently obsessed with—and we get to work.
- For Home Parties: We recommend our 6x6 ft metal ring setups. They fit perfectly in living rooms and include 150+ balloons and neon signage.
- For Banquet/Big Halls: We go bigger with 8x8 ft custom printed flex backdrops, 2D foam cutouts, and marquee lights.
The Little Details
It is not just about the big backdrop. We make sure the balloon garlands are tight, the colors pop, and the character stands are placed exactly right for those cake-cutting photos. We also bring our own LED par cans for lighting if you need to brighten up a dim venue.
We provide everything in our packages, including transport and installation. Our team usually needs about 2 hours to get everything ready before the guests arrive. If you need add-ons like magicians, DJs, or food counters to go with the theme, just let us know—we can arrange that too.
