About Live on the Decks
You’ve seen the photos, but what I actually bring to the table is a full-on cardio session. I don’t just press play; I read the room, flipping between hip hop, Afrobeat, and my signature Bollywood mashups to keep the energy high. Just a heads up, for larger events, I’ll need a standard pro-audio setup (CDJs), but for house parties or yachts, I’m good to go with my own portable controller.
When you book me, you aren't just hiring someone to play a playlist. You’re getting a sonic journey. My sets are known for being a bit 'psychoactive'—I love blending genres you wouldn't expect to work together, like 90s pop with global club sounds or throwing a gritty hip hop beat over an old Bollywood classic.
My approach is simple: I watch the crowd. If the energy dips, I switch the flow instantly. Whether it’s a wedding after-party where people want to let loose or a high-fashion event needing a cool, curated soundscape, I adapt the vibe to fit the space.
Logistically, I like to keep things smooth. For commercial gigs and large weddings, I require a technical rider with CDJs and a proper mixer so I can mix seamlessly without technical hitches. For private house parties or smaller venues, my portable DDJ setup is perfect. I’m based in Mumbai and regularly travel across India, so whether your venue is a club in Bandra or a farmhouse on the outskirts, just let me know the logistics and I’ll be there.
