- Fit Check: Trying on questionable pieces to assess fit. Items needing tailoring (hems, waist tucks) are pinned and marked.

- Capsule Setup: Segregating a specific set of interchangeable items for work or travel.

- Fitting Room Management: You step directly into the changing room with complete looks handed to you. No searching for sizes.

Remote Sourcing & Ethnic Wear Styling

- Store Visits: Physical visits to design hubs like Shahpur Jat, Dhan Mill, or South Ex.
- Live Video Shopping: Real-time video calls to show you the fall of the fabric, true colors, and embroidery details.
- Draping Demo: Stylist drapes the saree or lehenga on herself to demonstrate the scale of prints and borders.
Execution
- Customization Management: Communicating your measurements and customization requests (sleeve length, necklines) directly to the designer.
- Quality Control: Final inspection of the finished garment before shipping to ensure quality.
