- Environment: Warehousing facility with pest control, fire safety compliance, and monsoon dampness protection.
- Security: 24/7 CCTV surveillance with guarded entry/exit points.
Service & Protection
- Packing Material: Includes one heavy-duty corrugated cardboard box + sealing tape.
- Inventory Management: Item gets barcoded and tagged; viewable via the app.
- Insurance: Basic transit and storage risk coverage included up to 2,00,000 INR total value.
Terms & Access
- Lock-in: Minimum billing usually 15 days to 1 month.
- Retrieval: Requires 2 working days notice (No instant access).
- Logistics: Pickup and Drop fees are billed extra based on distance.
