See how we transformed a raw, empty shell into a high-functioning office space. This project balances corporate sophistication with thoughtful details for daily comfort.

See the dramatic before and after of the 'Greywood Loft'. This video highlights the transformation from a basic shell into a multi-functional office with distinct zones for reception, work, and executive leadership.

The director's desk is the cabin's centerpiece. I designed it with a luxurious marble top and a unique perforated brass and black marble base, set against a fluted glass partition for privacy with an open feel.

Texture adds depth and character. In this director's cabin, a fluted wooden accent wall is paired with vibrant, colorful abstract art, creating a focal point that is both professional and inspiring.

This long workstation is designed for collaboration. Ergonomic chairs provide comfort, while the arched feature wall with a serene blue gradient adds a unique visual element that breaks the monotony of a typical office.

A closer look at the workstation design. Fluted glass partitions offer a sense of personal space without closing off the area, complemented by ample overhead storage in a sleek grey finish to maintain a clutter-free environment.

The admin area is designed for focus and efficiency. I used modular cubicles to create individual workspaces, with clean lines and a neutral color scheme to foster a calm and productive atmosphere.

Even utility spaces can be stylish. The reprographic area features ample storage with warm, under-shelf lighting and curated decor, proving that functionality and aesthetics can coexist in every corner of an office.

This office sundeck provides a space for relaxation and fresh air. The design uses glass panels and warm wood cabinetry to connect with the outdoors, while natural light floods the corridor.

About Project Showcase: The Greywood Loft

In the director’s cabin at Greywood Loft, we avoided heavy solid walls in favor of a marble-topped desk with a perforated brass base. By combining this with fluted glass partitions, we kept the cabin private while ensuring the space did not feel boxed in. This balance is critical for maintaining an open atmosphere while preserving the authority required for a leadership zone.
