If you want to get your home's Vastu checked but don't know where to start, this video is for you. The first step is always getting a professional floor plan, which I use to mark all 16 directions and analyze the placement of every object and activity in your home.
Namaskar. Here is a practical demonstration of how I find the center of a home, or the Brahmsthan, using a rectangular floor plan. Once the center is marked, I overlay the Shakti Chakra to grid the map into 16 directions, which is the foundation for a complete Vastu analysis.

You can do a basic Vastu check of your own home. In this video, I explain three simple things to look for: the placement of your toilet and kitchen, the location of your puja room and your bed, and ensuring there is no clutter, especially in the North-East zone.
This case study shows how even a balanced home can be affected by the wrong wall colors. An orange paint in the North-East was blocking opportunities, and a pink color in the West-North-West was causing addiction issues. Color is a powerful element in Vastu.
Here is a case where a client's puja room was in the South-East, a fire zone, which is a Vastu dosh. Another consultant had advised placing a green slab under the burner, which was unnecessary. My remedy was to shift the puja room and address the actual problem, which was the black kitchen slab.

How My Astro-Vastu Process Works
I treat Vastu Shastra as a science, not a set of superstitions. The foundation of any consultation I provide is accuracy. If the direction mapping is off by even a few degrees, the remedy won't work. That is why I insist on working with a to-scale floor plan.
The Methodology
- The Grid: I start by marking the center (Brahmasthan) of your home and overlaying the Shakti Chakra. This divides your space into the 16 exact Vastu directions. Each direction governs a specific aspect of life, such as health, career, or relationships.
- Spotting the Dosh: We look for 'anti-activities' or 'anti-elements'. A kitchen in the North-East, for example, creates a different energy block than a toilet in the South-West. I identify these imbalances on your map.
- Astro-Correlation: This is where my process differs. I don't just look at the house; I look at the house in relation to the primary earner's horoscope. This helps me understand why a specific Vastu dosh is manifesting as a particular life problem for you.
- Non-Destructive Remedies: My goal is to fix your space without demolition. Most issues can be balanced using simple shifts: changing the color of a rug, placing energy-balancing tapes, or moving furniture to a supportive zone.
Why Honesty Matters
I don't make false promises. Some structural issues in a house cannot be 'cured' with tapes or colors alone. If I see a major flaw that requires structural changes, I will tell you the truth, even if it is tough to hear. My job is to give you a roadmap for harmony, not a temporary fix that doesn't hold.
