Become a Small World Volunteer and Build Communities

You won't be stuck doing boring admin tasks or filling out endless spreadsheets. As a volunteer, you are the heartbeat of our events. You will be the one welcoming people at the door, making sure the ice-breakers actually break the ice, and keeping the energy high during our mixers. We need people who can naturally make others feel at home and ensure everyone leaves with a smile, not just a bunch of names in their phone.

What You'll Actually Do

Our volunteers are the real MVPs of the Small World experience. Since we operate in over 50 cities, we need reliable people on the ground who get our 'IRL > URL' philosophy. Your role is simple but meaningful:

• Hosting Mixers: You help manage the flow of the room, ensuring people are chatting and nobody is left standing alone.
• Breaking the Ice: Whether it is a speed-dating event or a casual coffee rave, you will help facilitate games and introductions.
• Behind-the-Scenes Support: Help us set up the space, manage basic tech for our jams, and coordinate with our venue partners.
