We offer a comprehensive 16-class course spread over 8 weeks, designed to build a strong yoga foundation. The course is structured in two phases - basics in first 4 weeks, followed by refinement in the next 4 weeks.

Our teachers, Swami Sivananda and Swami Vishnudevananda, taught us—health is wealth, peace of mind is happiness, and yoga is the way. For us, yoga isn’t just exercise, it’s living.
