I don't just walk in, apply makeup, and leave. My work centers on the chaos and joy of the getting-ready process, ensuring your skin prep and makeup stay intact from the early morning rituals through to the late-night reception dances, no matter how humid or hectic the day becomes.
The 'shadi ka ghar' is a feeling. It is the morning excitement when sisters help each other with jewelry, the quiet tear in a mother's eye during the first look, and the nervous laughter shared between bridesmaids before the ceremony starts. These are the moments that I consider the real magic of a wedding.
My approach to makeup is designed to support this energy, not interrupt it. I use a long-wear, humidity-resistant base with high-end products like Huda Beauty and NARS, specifically so you don't have to worry about your face melting off when you are busy dancing or laughing. Whether I am doing a traditional Maharashtrian Navari look or a soft glam bridesmaid style, the goal remains the same: you should look like yourself, just polished and radiant.
I treat skin prep as the most important step. For mature skin, I focus on intense hydration to prevent cakey lines, while for younger brides and bridesmaids, I use lighter techniques that let the natural skin texture show through. This consistency ensures that whether you are in Mumbai, Pune, or traveling for a destination wedding, the makeup photographs beautifully under any lighting. I am there to make sure the entire bridal party feels comfortable, confident, and ready for the spotlight.
