Powerlifting & Olympic Lifts
My programs are built on a foundation of core strength using powerlifting and Olympic lifting techniques. We focus on mastering movements like deadlifts, snatches, power cleans, and push jerks with strict attention to proper form and spine safety to build explosive power and long-term resilience.
Functional & Bodyweight Strength
Beyond lifting heavy, we focus on building functional strength that translates to real-world performance and martial arts. This includes mastering your own bodyweight with exercises like pull-ups and tackling unconventional challenges like rope climbs to develop a strong back and core.
Train Anywhere: At-Home & Outdoor Workouts
You don't always need a gym to get strong. I design effective strength and conditioning routines that you can do from home, on your rooftop, or even outdoors. This cluster shows how we adapt training to different environments using barbells and dumbbells.
