I don’t follow trends; I follow data. Watch my podcast clips and media features to understand how DNA testing and evidence-based nutrition can transform your long-term health.

In this podcast clip, I discuss how genetic testing revealed Virat Kohli's lactose intolerance, leading to a pivotal change in his diet. This is a prime example of how personalized, data-driven nutrition can unlock peak performance.

DNA testing is a powerful tool that goes beyond paternity tests. It can reveal your genetic risk for certain diseases and even help determine which medications will be most effective for you, paving the way for truly personalized medicine.

Here I explain the genetic science behind lactose intolerance. The LCT gene controls the production of the lactase enzyme needed to digest milk sugar. A variation in this gene is what causes the symptoms many people experience.

Diabetes is a lifestyle disease, but genetics play a role. I explain that having a genetic risk, as I do, is not your destiny. With the right lifestyle and food choices, you can prevent or delay the onset of the disease.

After my own DNA test revealed a high genetic risk for diabetes, I used that information to change my lifestyle and prevent the disease. This is the power of preventive health: using data to improve your quality of life for years to come.

It's a sad reality that India is becoming a sick country, with rising rates of diabetes, cancer, and childhood obesity. I discuss the alarming statistics and the urgent need to focus on health.

The number of diabetics in India is now greater than the entire population of Egypt. This is a sad reality, but the good news is that this is a preventable lifestyle disease.

India's youth is its greatest power, but if we are a sick country, we cannot become a developed country. A widespread health crisis would overwhelm our infrastructure and waste resources that should be used for growth.

We need to shift from a reactive to a preventive approach to health in India. By focusing on our food, fitness, and mental well-being now, we can increase not just our lifespan, but our "healthspan," living well and independently.

Exercise is mandatory for everyone. It's not just about looking good; it's crucial for mental well-being. Working out releases endorphins, the "happy hormones," that naturally boost your mood.

About My Approach & As Seen On

Most people wait until they are in a hospital bed to start caring about their health, but nutrition is a preventive tool. When I analyze your blood markers or DNA, I am not guessing; I am looking for the specific genetic triggers or nutrient deficiencies—like low Vitamin B12 levels or caffeine metabolization speed—that are silently impacting your daily energy and your long-term risk for conditions like diabetes or PCOD.

In my fourteen years of working in genetics and clinical nutrition, I have seen a recurring pattern: people rely on 'quick-fix' diets that ignore their unique biology. My philosophy is built on a simple reality—your genes are not your destiny. Whether you are dealing with persistent fatigue, hormonal imbalances, or a family history of diabetes, the solution lies in evidence-based, personalized interventions rather than generic advice.

The Science of Personalization

My approach moves beyond 'calories in, calories out.' I look at the clinical root causes. For instance, understanding your specific genetic response to caffeine through the CYP1A2 gene can explain why you might feel anxious after a cup of coffee, or how your body handles dietary fats. By integrating DNA-based nutrition with thorough bloodwork analysis, we can build a protocol that is tailored to your metabolism.

Moving from Reactive to Preventive

India is facing a silent crisis of lifestyle diseases. My mission is to shift your focus from reactive care—treating symptoms with medication—to preventive health. This means optimizing your gut health, regulating blood sugar levels through scientific food pairing, and managing stress markers like cortisol before they manifest as chronic illness.

Small Actions, Real Results

Transformation does not happen overnight. It happens through consistent, small habits. I work with you to fix your relationship with food, ensuring that the changes we make are sustainable for life, not just for a few months. Whether it is improving your sleep hygiene, balancing your micronutrient intake, or simply understanding which foods trigger inflammation for you, we focus on what works based on your personal health data.
