Bespoke Floral Mandap & 40ft Aisle Set
Architectural Structure
- Custom Fabrication: Heavy-duty metal trussing and wooden framing to create domes, tunnels, or amphitheater-style mandaps (12ft to 16ft height).
- Draping & Ceiling: High-quality velvet or satin fabric draping, or full floral-pasted ceilings (e.g., Starry Night or Hanging Wisteria concepts).
- Lighting Integration: Installation of 1-3 medium to large crystal chandeliers suspended centrally, plus up-lighting for floral depth.
Floral Artistry
- Flower Selection: A mix of premium Indian blooms (Tuberoses, Desi Roses) and substantial imported stems (Dutch Hydrangeas, Thai Orchids, Anthuriums).
- Density: Zero-Gap pasting technique where no structural foam is visible; flowers are clustered to create a carpet-like effect.
- Aisle Decor: 40ft to 60ft aisle styling with either continuous floral running borders or 8-10 high-density floral pillars lining the path.
Furniture & Props
- Seating: 2 Royal Chairs or Sofa for the couple plus 4-6 matching chairs for parents/priest (Gold/Silver plated or Acrylic).
- Havan Kund: Stylized fire pit enclosure matching the theme (Brass or Floral pasted).
- Signage: One bespoke welcome board or shlok board at the aisle entrance with floral framing.

Entrance & Installations
- Grand Archway: A signature statement arch (10ft+) using massed florals (e.g., solid blue hydrangeas or ombre marigolds) to match the theme.
- Art Installation: One central sculptural element (e.g., Floral Animal, Fountain, or large typography) acting as the main focal point.
- Photo Backdrop: An 8ft x 10ft thematic wall with neon signage and dense floral bordering.
Guest Experience & Furniture
- Lounge Seating: 6 to 8 Cabana-style or Lounge setups including structure, color-coordinated heavy draping, and thematic cushions/rugs.
- Dining Styling: Decor for up to 15-20 round tables, including theme-specific linens and artifact-based centerpieces (brass vessels, ceramic vases, fruit baskets).
- Bar Styling: 12ft Bar counter fascia masking and back-bar floral styling.
Detailing & Props

- Composition: A lush, 360-degree arrangement using premium imported flowers such as Phalaenopsis Orchids (often gold-painted), Dutch Roses, Hydrangeas, and Tulips.
- Style: Garden Style (organic, spilling over) or Architectural (tight, round, modern).
Candlelight & Ambience
- Candlescaping: A curated set of 10-15 candles per table, including varying heights of glass cylinder vases with floating candles, tapered dinner candles in holders, and tea-lights in cut-glass votives.
- Base: Full-size mirror bases or fabric runners to reflect the candlelight.
Place Setting & Accessories
- Tableware: Rental and setup of premium charger plates (Gold rim, Glass, or Rattan) for 8-10 guests per table.
- Napkin Styling: Satin or Linen napkins with bespoke folding and garnish (e.g., a single orchid bloom, pearl string, or velvet bow per seat).
