About this collection
I love that my work allows me to meet so many wonderful people, from local families in Chennai to clients visiting from the USA. When I drape a saree for a bride or her sisters, it is not just a service, it is a shared moment. Watching the joy on their faces when they see the final look is why I do this.
Every client I work with brings a new story. Whether it is a Muhurtham ceremony or a small family gathering, my goal is to make sure everyone feels comfortable and confident. I often get calls to drape sarees for the entire bridal party, and those group sessions are some of my favourites. It is a busy, happy environment where we make sure the coordination is perfect.
I treat every saree, especially heavy Kanchipuram silks, with the same care as if it were my own. My process is simple: listen to what you need, use steam ironing to get those pleats sharp, and ensure the pinning is secure enough to last through long rituals or a day of dancing. For families coming from abroad or planning destination weddings, my pre-pleating and box-folding service is a lifesaver. It takes the stress out of your morning so you can focus on the event, not the fabric.
