- Live Stations: Steamed dimsums (Veg, Chicken, Seafood), Sizzle Grill (Satay, Fish fry, Paneer), and street food/chaat.
- Mains: Mix of Pan-Asian (Thai Curry, Noodles) and Indian classics (Butter Chicken, Biryani, Dal Makhani).
- Cold Section: 6 to 8 varieties of compound salads, cold cuts, and antipasti.
- Dessert: Chocolate fountain, pastries, cakes, and Indian sweets like Rasmalai.
Beverages & Ambience
- Drinks: Unlimited mocktails (Mojitos, Iced Tea), canned juices, and soft drinks.
- Setting: Rooftop venue (Ging) overlooking Ulsoor Lake with live singer/acoustic performances.

Alcohol Inclusions (3.5 Hours)
- Bubbly & Beer: Unlimited domestic sparkling wine and premium domestic lagers (Kingfisher Ultra/Heineken).
- Cocktails: Freshly mixed Sangrias, Mojitos, Caprioskas, and Whisky Sours.
- Spirits: Unlimited house pours of Vodka, Gin, Rum, and Whisky (IMFL brands).

Why I Love Sundays Here
For me, brunch is more than just a meal. It’s about soaking in the city from our rooftop at Ging, with the Bangalore skyline and Ulsoor Lake right in front of you. The live music sets the mood - sometimes it’s mellow, sometimes it’s peppy, but always makes you want to stay a little longer.
What’s On The Table
I don’t hold back with the food. There’s a huge unlimited buffet experience - over 75 dishes, so you can keep going back for more. You’ll find everything from our signature Pan-Asian brunch spread (think dimsums, grills, noodles) to global favourites. The live counters are where the action is - you can actually see the chefs tossing, grilling, and steaming your food fresh.
Drinks & Vibes
Brunch isn’t complete without a good drink in hand. I offer two options: one with unlimited creative mocktails, and another with sparkling wine, cocktails, and select beers. You pick what works for you.
The Little Extras
Every Sunday, 12:30 to 4 pm, the vibe changes a bit - sometimes there’s a festive theme, sometimes it’s just a chill Sunday afternoon celebration. Not every dish will be everyone’s favourite, but there’s always something new to try and a reason to linger.
