I handle all food details, so you can actually enjoy your own party. You chill, I take care of the khana (food). My team’s got all the planning, setup, and serving sorted.

• Live cooking stations - BBQ, pasta, chaat and more - for a bit of drama and fun.
• Grazing table catering - a specialty of mine. Lavish spreads with cheeses, meats, fruits, dips, and crackers that look good and taste better.

Every event gets a custom menu design. I mix Indian, international, and fusion flavors, with lots of bite-sized options - mini tacos, specialty kebabs, mezze platters, and desserts in cute cups. I make sure there’s something for everyone, even if you’ve got picky eaters or special diets.

More Than Food

Service matters - so my staff is always on point, circulating with trays and making sure no one’s left hungry. I set up an elegant bar if you want it, with mocktails and juices to match the vibe.
