When you walk into our studio, you won't see people staring at their phones or struggling in silence. You will see a group of friends laughing through a plank hold or cheering each other on during a HIIT set. Most of my members tell me that the hardest part of their day is getting out of bed, but once they reach the studio, the vibe completely flips that mood. If you have been looking for a place where you don't feel judged for your fitness level, this is exactly where you belong.
I started Route to Fitnness with one goal: to kill the boredom that comes with a standard gym. Whether you are a college student or a mom managing a busy schedule, my community in Vikaspuri and Paschim Vihar is built on the idea that fitness should be a celebration, not a chore.

I am Abhishek, and I believe fitness is a mindset game. I created this space to be a happy station where women and kids can find a sisterhood, workout with full energy, and leave their stress at the door. I’m here to make sure your workout feels like a party.
