About Beach & Sunset Shoots
Shooting at the beach requires precise timing. I plan our sessions around the exact golden hour window in Mumbai to ensure we get that soft, natural glow without harsh shadows. If the tide is high or the beach is crowded, I have alternative spots scouted in areas like Juhu or Bandra to keep your shoot productive and private.
My Approach to Golden Hour
Golden hour provides the most flattering light for fashion and lifestyle portraits. It evens out skin tones and creates a natural cinematic effect that artificial studio lights often struggle to replicate. I carry portable reflectors to manage shadows during the transition from bright afternoon sun to sunset. This ensures your face stays well-lit even when we are shooting silhouettes or backlit shots.
What to Expect
A typical beach session lasts 2.5 to 3 hours. We focus on 3 outfit changes to get maximum variety for your portfolio. We choose locations based on your required look—whether it is the rugged rocks for an edgy vibe, or the open sands of Juhu for a soft, commercial look.
Editing & Delivery
Every shot you receive is color-graded to enhance the sunset tones, focusing on warm oranges and deep, clean blues. I handle all skin retouching, including blemish removal and skin smoothing, so the final look is professional but realistic. You will receive 10 high-end retouched images and approximately 150 to 200 color-corrected JPEGs within 5 to 7 days, giving you plenty of content for your social feed or modelling profile.
