About Our Coaching Philosophy
Large, crowded batches are where enthusiasm goes to die. That is why we strictly limit our group sizes, so your child is never just another face in the crowd. Our coaches know exactly where your child stands, ensuring every warm-up is done right and every technical correction is personalized, rather than shouted from a distance.
Our approach at RKade Academy is rooted in a single belief: coaching is mentorship. Whether it is cricket in Gurugram or tennis in Dehradun, we refuse to treat sports training as a conveyor belt.
Why we do it differently
- Warmups are sacred: We prioritize proper conditioning to prevent injury and build stamina. If a kid skips the warmup, they are not ready for the match.

We started with the RKade Cricket Academy in 2016 and expanded because we saw that kids were hungry for more than just drills. They needed a space where they felt seen.
