Intricate Eye Makeup for Every Occasion
Eyes are my favorite canvas. Whether you want a sharp cut crease, soft halo eyes, or a dramatic smokey look, I specialize in precise eye makeup that defines your features and stays flawless through your entire event.
A dramatic cut crease can completely transform your look. Here, I created a sharp crease with a blend of purple and pink tones, adding a line of silver glitter for that extra pop. This is for the client who loves to be bold.
Sometimes, all you need is a little sparkle. This close-up shows a beautiful silver glitter eyeshadow applied over a soft purple base. It's a perfect way to add glamour for a sangeet or reception night.
A close-up of a bronze glitter eye makeup look. This is one of the most requested styles because it's glamorous yet versatile and suits so many different Indian skin tones and outfits.
This is a purple halo eye look I created. The technique involves placing a darker shadow on the inner and outer corners of the eyelid and a light, shimmery shade in the center to make the eyes look bigger and brighter.
Here is my attempt at a half cut crease on myself. This technique creates a sharp, defined crease on the outer half of the eye, making it a great style for hooded eyes. I used warm bronze and gold tones for this look.
This is a teal and brown smokey eye I created on myself, seen with the eye open. This look is great for hooded eyes, as the shadow is blended upwards to create the illusion of more lid space.
Here is the same teal glitter eye makeup with my eye closed. You can see the smooth blending from the brown transition shade to the deep teal and the pop of glitter on the lid.
A side view of the teal smokey eye. This angle shows how the false lashes add volume and length, completing the dramatic eye makeup look.
A little behind-the-scenes look at my process. Here, I am carefully applying a glittery, sunset-hued eyeshadow for a bridal client. Precision and patience are key to creating a perfectly blended and symmetrical eye makeup look.
About Intricate Eye Makeup
Intricate eye work is all about precision and patience, especially when working with hooded eyes. When I create a cut crease or halo effect, the goal isn't just to add color, but to blend the shadows in a way that actually lifts the eye and creates the illusion of more lid space. It is a detail that changes your entire look in photos, so I take the time to ensure the transition from your deep crease shade to the lid shimmer is seamless and clean.
The Art of the Eye
I believe your eyes are the most expressive part of your face. Whether it is a sangeet night where you want a bit of glitter or a formal reception where you prefer a classic, sharp look, the technique matters as much as the products I use.
My Approach to Eye Makeup:
- Cut Crease: This is my go-to for anyone who wants a bold, dramatic look. I use a sharp line of concealer to define the crease, which makes the eyeshadow colors pop. It is perfect for those who want that 'glam' look for their big day.
- Halo Eyes: If you want your eyes to look bigger and brighter, a halo eye is a game-changer. I place darker shadows on the inner and outer corners of the lid and put a lighter, shimmery shade right in the center. It creates depth and focuses all the light on your eyes.
- Blending for Hooded Eyes: Many of my clients worry about hooded eyes where the lid space seems hidden. The secret is blending your transition shades slightly higher than the crease. By doing this, we create a new 'fake' crease that remains visible even when your eyes are open.
Why Products Matter I stick to brands I trust—Huda Beauty, Anastasia Beverly Hills, and Tarte. These pigments blend better and stay on longer, which is vital for events that last late into the night. Spa ka toh fayda tabhi hai agar aapke eyes ka base bhi strong ho (A spa is only useful if your base is strong). Proper priming ensures that your glitter doesn't fall out and your smokey eye stays sharp.
When we chat, tell me about your outfit and the vibe of your event. Whether you want a traditional look with deep tones or something modern with a pop of color, I will customize the eye style to suit your specific eye shape and personality.
