I see folks struggling with hair because of small misunderstandings. Here’s my take:

• Conditioner is a must after every wash. Think of it like locking your house doors - Agar ghar ke sabhi khidki darwaze khule chhod do toh kya hoga? (If you leave all your doors and windows open, what happens?) Same with hair cuticles.
• Salon treatments are great, but home care is what keeps your hair healthy. Your shampoo and conditioner are your daily medicines.
• Losing 60-80 strands a day? That’s normal. Conditioner helps detangle, not cause hair fall.
• Fine hair needs lighter, gel-based conditioners. Medium or thick hair does better with rich masques.
• Always apply conditioner from mid-lengths to ends, smoothing downwards.
