I often get asked if I can save flowers that have already started wilting or dried up. The answer is yes. Even if they aren't fresh, I use a professional silica-drying process to reclaim their shape and color before locking them in resin. Send me your blooms, even if they look like they have seen better days—I will do my best to give them a second life.
How I Preserve Your Memories
People think resin art is just about looks, but for me, it is about holding onto a moment. Whether it is a wedding varmala that just sat in a closet, a rose from a first date, or even a piece of traditional sweet you want to keep as a token, I handle each piece with care.
The Process
- Drying: If you send fresh flowers, I use professional-grade silica gel to remove moisture while keeping the petal structure intact. If your flowers are already dry, I treat them carefully to ensure they do not crumble during casting.
- Casting: I use high-gloss, UV-resistant resin. This keeps your keepsake from yellowing over time, so your memories stay clear for years.
- Customizing: You are in control. You choose the layout, whether you want gold flakes, pearls, fairy lights, or specific text like names and dates. If you have a specific vision, just tell me—I love a good challenge, like that time I preserved a piece of Mohanthal!
