My Makeup Methodology
Makeup is more than just products; it is a blend of technique and the right tools. My process is designed to handle everything from harsh studio lights to long-wearing outdoor events.
Skin Prep & Foundation I always start with a clean slate. Proper CTM (Cleansing, Toning, Moisturizing) is non-negotiable. I use pore-filling primers and illuminating strobe creams to ensure the base doesn't cake or crack, regardless of the weather. For foundation, I rely on professional-grade formulas from brands like MAC, Kryolan, and PAC because they offer the coverage needed for high-definition photography without feeling heavy on your skin.
The Eye Artistry This is where the magic happens. I specialize in a variety of eye looks:
- Soft Glam: Using neutral and matte earth tones, I focus on blending to create a seamless, fresh-faced finish. This is my go-to for events where you want to look polished but not overdone.
- Bold & Edgy: For cocktail parties or photoshoots, I love experimenting with cut-creases, vibrant greens, purples, or classic smokey eyes. I use 3D false lashes to add drama and lift, ensuring the eyes become the focal point of your look.
Longevity & Finishing My goal is for your makeup to look as fresh at the end of the night as it did when I finished. I utilize both powder and cream contouring to add structure to your face, followed by a professional-grade setting spray. This combination ensures your look is locked in for 4 to 6 hours or more, letting you focus on the event instead of your reflection.
