A lot of artists skip the sealant, but I don't. For every client, I apply a lemon and sugar mix once the henna dries. This acts as a sealant, keeping the henna moist so it releases maximum dye. It is a simple step, but it makes the difference between a dull orange stain and a deep, dark reddish-brown one that shows up beautifully in photos.

I have been doing mehndi across Delhi NCR for years, and the biggest mistake I see is people settling for 'instant' cones. Those are loaded with chemical dyes, PPD, and other nasties that cause allergies and often smell terrible. My process is the opposite.

Why Natural Henna Matters

When you book me, you are getting paste that I have prepared myself. I source high-quality henna powder and mix it with essential oils. Because it is 100% natural, it behaves differently. It needs time to mature on your skin. Once the paste flakes off—which usually takes a few hours—the stain starts out a light orange. Over the next 24 to 48 hours, it darkens into a rich, deep maroon. That is the true color guarantee.
