For me, Bharatanatyam is not just about steps; it is about telling stories with your entire being. We focus deeply on abhinaya, exploring the emotions and narratives behind each piece, from Meera Bhajans to my Amma's rare compositions.
Our Kalangan Parivaar: A Family of Dancers
Our class is more than just a studio, it is a parivaar (family). We celebrate festivals like Navaratri and Dussehra together, and hold Guru Pooja to honor our lineage, creating a warm, supportive community for all ages.
The Guru's Legacy: A Sacred Lineage
I carry forward the lifeline of Bharatanatyam handed down from my Amma, Guru Smt. Jamuna Krishnan. This guru-parampara tradition is the soul of my teaching, preserving rare compositions and a deep respect for the art's history.
