We believe in coaching that is tested at the highest levels. Our head coaches, including Nitin Madhavi Sir, were part of the coaching staff for the Gujarat Giants in the Women's Premier League (WPL), bringing pro-level insights directly to our students.

Training with a Professional Standard
We do not believe in 'easy'. Our head coach, Nitin Madhavi, brings direct experience from the WPL, and we regularly facilitate exposure for our students by training alongside international county players. This is where you learn what actual professional cricket looks like, away from the casual distractions of the city.

Technique is only half the battle. We focus heavily on the mental conditioning required to stay composed when the pressure is high. I am Pravin Tambe, and I started this academy to give kids the kind of technical training and mental toughness I wish I had early in my career. My team and I focus on the grit needed to make it to the top level. We treat every student like family, but we expect nothing less than your absolute best on the field.
