Signature Indo-Arabic Mehndi Designs
I blend the delicate intricacy of traditional Indian motifs with the bold, sweeping lines of Arabic patterns. This signature style offers a rich, balanced look that is both timeless and modern for any celebration.
A classic Indo-Arabic design covering the full hand. Notice the mix of bold outlines, delicate lotus motifs, and fine 'jaali' or net patterns. This creates a rich texture and a very full look.
This design features a beautiful peacock, a classic Indian motif, surrounded by floral patterns and a detailed wrist cuff. The final result against the green background shows how the design pops.
A close-up of a lotus and peacock fusion design. I love combining these two graceful elements. The shading work inside the lotus petals and the fine lines on the fingers showcase the intricacy of this style.
A stunning example of full-hand Indo-Arabic mehndi. The design features a mix of floral patterns, jaali work, and bold leafy vines, creating a balanced and breathtaking look for both hands.
This is a heavy, intricate design perfect for a bride or a big festival. It covers the hands and extends up the arms with dense patterns, including lotus motifs, checks, and detailed finger work.
A full bridal mehndi design featuring elephant motifs on the arms, a symbol of good luck and prosperity. The hands are covered in a dense mix of floral, paisley, and geometric patterns.
This design shows a beautiful flow from the wrist to the fingers. I've used a combination of paisleys, floral elements, and net patterns, with shaded leaves on the fingers to complete the look.
About this collection
My Indo-Arabic style is all about contrast. I mix delicate Indian 'jaali' (net) patterns and lotus motifs with bold, sweeping Arabic floral vines. This gives you a full, intricate look that doesn't feel cluttered. Since I use my own essential oil-based paste, you get a deep, rich stain that lasts, provided you follow the simple aftercare steps I share with every client.
When you choose my signature Indo-Arabic designs, you get more than just a pattern. You get a layout customized to your hand and the occasion.
The Process I start by mapping out the major flow of your hand, ensuring the Arabic vines connect naturally with the central motifs. Whether it's a mandala, a peacock, or traditional architectural domes, I build the design layer by layer. I use a 0.38mm fine-tip cone, which allows for the precision needed for those sharp, clean lines that define this style.
Why This Style Works Many of my clients love this fusion because it is versatile. It is heavy enough for a bride or a major festival but clean enough for a party or engagement. The use of negative space is key here—it makes the detailed work pop, ensuring the mehndi looks sharp in photos even from a distance.
Color and Care Everything comes down to the paste. I prepare my henna in small batches using high-quality powders and essential oils, letting it soak for 24 hours before I even touch a cone. This is how I achieve that signature cherry-red to deep-maroon stain. If you want the color to last longer, I recommend avoiding water for the first 12 hours and using the lemon-sugar sealant I apply at the end. After that, a little bit of pain relief spray like Volini helps darken the shade, which is my personal pro tip for all my clients.
